Stephen Lander is a finance professional with over eighteen years of experience in the banking sector, encompassing commercial, investment, developmental, and regulatory practices. This extensive background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the regional and international banking landscapes. One of his primary objectives is to enhance the ease of doing business within the Caribbean region, particularly by facilitating enterprises' access to affordable financial products and services that are essential for their growth and competitiveness. This objective significantly informs his initiatives as Coordinator, Development Finance, at the Caribbean Development Bank.
