Veronica Hildenbrand is an Associate Principal at CrossBoundary Advisory and leads investment and donor mandates across the Caribbean. She has advised over US$3bn in private market transactions, majority in the Caribbean Basin, and continues to work closely with investors, SMEs, projects, and funds to unlock capital for sustainable growth in the region. Before joining CrossBoundary, she worked as a senior associate at Deloitte Dutch Caribbean, providing financial and transaction advisory to Fis, Central Banks, private equity funds, and energy companies. She also previously worked for Phenix Capital, an impact investment advisor focused on catalyzing institutional capital. Veronica is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) holder and was recognized in NACVA’s Thirty under 30 for her valuation work in emerging markets. She holds a BSc from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and is based in Barbados.
