Lily Dash is the Founder of Future Caribbean, Co-Founder of ACTAI Advisors, a lawyer, and an entrepreneur. Born and raised in the Caribbean, she has spent years building relationships across government, business, technology, investment, and development communities — work that has lead to the conviction: that the Caribbean is one of the world's great opportunity regions, and that the right infrastructure could unlock it and theres a path to get there.
