John is the Chairman of 17 Asset Management, the holding company for Intentional Asset Management, an impact advisory and asset management firm, where he serves as the Managing Partner of the CaribGrow Fund. His focus is on high-impact food businesses that can create outsized impact in the Caribbean region. Prior to Intentional Asset Management, John co-founded two investment firms: Snowden Lane Advisors, a wealth management firm with $12 billion in AUM, and Clearbrook Global Advisors, an institutional asset management advisory firm that grew AUA to over $20 billion. John also served as a Board Member and Managing Partner of SOCAP Global, where he launched the Good Capital Project and designed the Total Impact Portfolio Challenge. The first two decades of his career were with Merrill Lynch, managing businesses in London and Dubai and launching market-based country plans across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. John then moved to the New York office, where he was Chairman of Latin America and the Caribbean, representing 34 billion in assets and 16 offices in the region.
