Natalie Bibby is passionate about sustainability and integrating it into every aspect of business for the benefit of all stakeholders. She firmly believes that we can shape a sustainable future by taking a practical approach, focused on what matters most and through effective collaborations and partnerships. Her inspiration is amplified as a mother of two young children.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Master of Science in Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development in the Caribbean from the University of the West Indies. She has more than fifteen years of experience in project management, risk assessment, data reporting, people management and stakeholder engagement for two international organisations. After many years in health, safety, and environment in the oil and gas sector, transitioning to ANSA McAL in 2022 was the perfect opportunity to put her combination of experience, knowledge, and passion for sustainable development to good use.

Since joining the ANSA McAL Group, Natalie has worked to produce the Group’s first-ever Sustainability Reports in 2022, 2023 and 2024, with the latest including the Group’s first-ever ESG Data Disclosure report. She spearheads the development of the system to measure, track and report ESG metrics and the IFRS S1 compliance efforts across the Group’s topmost material sectors.
